The Graduate Program in International Relations offered by the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio consists of Masters and Doctorate degrees. These two courses, with different characteristics from the standpoint of time required for their achievement and the level of demand and degree that each intends to achieve, are intrinsically linked to each other in terms of teaching and research, forming a common curricular structure and a unique research program. In addition to integrating research and teaching, the Institutes incorporate to its team professionals graduated in International Relations from the best universities in Europe and the United States. The program includes activities developed around three lines of research: Architecture of the International System; Conflict, Violence and Peacemaking; Globalization, Governance and Development. The Graduate Program in International Relations offers the student community a complete training in the area with a program evaluated by CAPES with a 6 score.
