He holds a PhD in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO / IRI), 2019. He holds a degree in International Relations from the University Estácio de Sá (UNESA), 2004. He specializes in the History of International Relations at the University of State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in 2005 and holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), 2007. Since 2018 he has been Professor of International Relations at IBMR and performs post-doctoral research at PUC-RIO / IRI, 2021-2022. He is part of the coordination of the IPS-Brasil Research Network.
