After Brazil: What’s Next for the G20?

The Institute of International Relations and the BRICS Policy Center are pleased to invite you to the event “After Brazil: What’s Next for the G20?”. The roundtable, which will address the meeting of Heads of State held in Rio de Janeiro on November 18 and 19, 2024, aims to evaluate the results of the Brazilian presidency, with an emphasis on the final declaration. In addition, the event will reflect on the priorities of the next presidency, which will be held by South Africa, and offer an analysis of the G20 in the face of current global challenges, including the repercussions of the recent elections in the United States.

The panel will feature insights from:

Prof. Carlos Frederico Coelho (BRICS Policy Center and IRI/PUC-Rio)

The event will be held in English, without simultaneous translation.
